Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Specialist, whose utmost role and responsibility is to create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its products. A Marketing Specialist is in charge of every social media account of the company's brands and monitors how the brands are engaging with the audience.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking competitor research and market analyses.
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Work towards enhancing and building the organization's reputation by constantly measuring the effectivenes of your strategies.
- Establishing policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impacts on the company.
- Reaching out to dissatisfied customers is an important procedure to control negative reviews. Moreover, focusing on forums, tweets, images, and writing effective blog posts.
- Handling difficult situations such as internet blackmail and ethical manipulation of search engine results or reviews.
- Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which includes social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Qualifications
- A degree in digital marketing, social media marketing/branding, journalism or a related field is required.
- Content development and management expertise is required.
- Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Working knowledge with social listening tools.
- Additional tools like SEO and knowledge in programming will be an added advantage.
